Five foods to never eat - time wasting infomercial

The five foods are

  • orange juice
  • margarine
  • artificial sweeteners
  • wheat bread
  • soy products
Or low-fat muffins or healthy cereals or something like that, but there is no clear list in the infomercial video that is flooding the internet right now.

I post this blog just because the title "5 foods to never eat" eat annoys me. It is clearly written as a sensationalist catch phrase to attract viewers who are prepared to waste 30 minutes of their lives and then buy products from the company behind the video.

It is a good idea to google around for health benefits for different foods.

It is not a good idea to list foods to never eat, as all humans are different and we have different dietary needs depending on our age and health.

Bananas contain potassium, and that can be good for you.

Disclaimer: I have not watched the video myself. All I write above are things I have collected from google searches on the video. If you read this blogpost until here and are upset that I made you lose three minutes of your life, it is at least less than the 30 minutes the infomercial takes.

Thanks! I -ing hate nothinkdiet.com. So far, there's a big diet commercial between the second and third foods. It also sounds like pretty normal techniques. There's also lots of hype about the price. The first two foods are bananas because of sucrose, and soy milk (I forget why).
He finally got around to bread (white flour), granola, and farmed salmon. With the exception of the farmed salmon, I think he's vomiting sewage.

Thank you--I was curious but didn't want to waste time watching a long infomercial. So I thought I'd do a search and found your website. The infomercial I did watch for about 5 seconds had an avocado, and I couldn't believe that could be one of the foods. I do try to avoid farmed salmon because it tastes greasy. I eat mostly whole wheat bread but don't say no to a good loaf of white bread in a restaurant. I know oranges are better for you than orange juice, but sometimes juice can be so refreshing. I avoid artificial sweeteners. When I want to drink a soda (no more than 6 times a year) I want it with sugar. I also try to avoid high-fructose corn syrup.

Just clarification for everyone on "soy products" all together; it is American soy products to avoid because it has been genetically altered

processed soy
gmo corn

That part of it is useful.
The rest of it is repetitious crap.
